Shipping costs and delivery

The delivery is made by UPS. Depending on the shipping method, delivery takes up to 5 days.
The following shipping costs apply.

within Germany:

UPS Standard: €9.00 - delivery time 2-3 working days if order is placed by 3:00 p.m.

UPS Express: €19.00 - delivery time 1 working day if order is placed by 3:00 p.m.

UPS Standard reduced: €4.50 - delivery time 2-3 working days if order is placed by 3:00 p.m.*

 
*Price only applies to individual care product orders. If products from other product groups are ordered at the same time, shipping costs within Germany are €9.00.
 
Blitz Kurier Munich: €15  (delivery within 3 hours)
 
 

within the EU (except Switzerland):

 

UPS Standard: €10.00 - delivery time 2 working days if order is placed by 3:00 p.m.

UPS Express:   €25.00 - delivery time 1 working day if order is placed by 3:00 p.m.
