Premium Care

If your cashmere sweater, cardigan or scarf shows some loose fibers or pill balls, our Premium Care Program might be exactly what you need. We will not only wash, dry, iron and refresh your favorite cashmere piece, but will also remove the pill balls by hand using our specially developed cashmere pilling comb.

  • Washing
    Every cashmere piece is taken care of by using hand wash program in Miele washing machines of the highest quality.
  • Drying
    Your freshly washed cashmere favorite is air-dried on a soft towel.
  • Streaming

    We will optically freshen-up your cashmere favorite by carefully steaming it in order to bring your bellowed piece back into its perfect shape.

  • Depilling
    All of the pill balls and loose fibers are thoroughly removed by hand, using our special cashmere pilling comb.
  • Refreshing

    We developed a special ALLUDE REFRESHER to assure an instant freshness for your cashmere favorites. Ideal for the time in between washings or when traveling.

Only pieces made from at least 30% cashmere. Please book a separate care package for each piece of clothing.

  • How do i send to the cashmere clinic?
    1. Pack your Cashmere favorite carefully into a parcel
    2. Add your order confirmation
    3. Send your parcel to the following Address:

    6. Our experts will immediately start to treat your garment*

    *if you pay by cash in advance the treatment will start upon reception of payment

    1. Completeion of repairs
    2. Your Cashmere favourite will be carefully placed into a parcel 
    3. The parcel will be send with UPS
    4. You will receive a tracking number to track your parcel 
    5. Your parcel will arrive within 2 to 3 days
