All in the details: Allude at Der Berliner Salon F/W 2018/2019
With a new name and changed concept, Der Berliner Salon once again presented exceptional (fashion) brands in the magnificent Kronprinzenpalais. Instead of themed rooms and as an installation, each label showed its highlights for the coming Fall/Winter 20118/2019 season on busts and podiums – as a varied group exhibition. The focus was not on effective staging this time, but on the design itself. A concept that made it easy for the approximately 1400 invited guests – press, retail and influencers – to quickly get an overview and “only” see the stand-out pieces of each collection.
For Allude, Andrea Karg and her team chose three monochrome looks in white, grey and black with different patterns and knit structures that were artfully styled and draped. Particularly popular with media people as well as buyers from concept and department stores: a turtleneck sweater with a ribbed, natural edge. As so often, true quality is measured in the best materials and refined details in the production process. Always take a closer look!
